- Tennis balls (2 for each keychain)
- 6mm round glass beads (20 for each keychain)
- 4mm round glass beads (10 for each keychain)
- Crimp beads (4 for each keychain)
- Jump rings (2 for each keychain)
- Keychain rings (2)
- Scissors
- Needle-nose pliers
- Round-nose pliers
- Beading wire (26 gauge or thinner)
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Prepare the Tennis Balls: Cut a small "X" shape into the top of each tennis ball. This will help you to easily insert the beading wire later on.
- Create the Fox's Head: Watch the video tutorial
- Thread a 6mm bead onto a piece of beading wire. This will be the fox's nose.
- Add two 4mm beads to the wire. These will be the fox's eyes.
- Thread on another 6mm bead.
- Insert the wire through the "X" shape in the tennis ball and pull it through until the beads are snug against the ball.
- Wrap the wire around the base of the tennis ball several times to secure the beads.
- Create the Raccoon's Head: Watch the video tutorial
- Thread a 6mm bead onto a piece of beading wire. This will be the raccoon's nose.
- Add two 4mm black beads to the wire. These will be the raccoon's eyes.
- Thread on a 6mm white bead.
- Insert the wire through the "X" shape in the tennis ball and pull it through until the beads are snug against the ball.

- Add the Ears:
- Thread two 6mm beads onto a piece of beading wire.

- Pull the wire tight to secure the ears.
- Add the Tails:
- Thread several 6mm beads onto a piece of beading wire.
- Tie a knot at the end of the wire.
- Insert the wire through the bottom of the tennis ball.
- Pull the wire tight to secure the tail.
- Add the Keychain Rings:
- Open a jump ring using the round-nose pliers.
- Attach the jump ring to the keychain ring.
- Attach the jump ring to the top of the tennis ball.
- Close the jump ring using the round-nose pliers.
